At Bee Authentic & Creative, we value our customers and stand behind the quality of our products. However, due to the nature of crafting items and digital designs, all sales are final on specific products.

❌ No Refunds on Digital Products

All digital files, templates, and downloadable designs are non-refundable.
Once the file is purchased, it is automatically delivered and cannot be returned.
Please confirm your file format and purchase details before checking out.

❌ No Refunds on Custom Items

Custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order products cannot be returned or refunded unless:

• There is damage during shipping

• An error was made on our part

• You received the wrong item

Eligible Refund Situations

Refunds may be approved ONLY if:

• You received a defective or damaged physical product

• You received the incorrect item

• The item is unused and in its original packaging

All issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos or video proof.
